Job summary

ATI is seeking a Performance Engineer for our Millersburg, OR facility in the Separations Department. This onsite role focuses on analyzing overall equipment effectiveness, driving issues to resolution, and identifying improvements through cross-functional collaboration.

Ideal for someone with an engineering degree entering chemical manufacturing. You will monitor losses, evaluate data trends, and contribute to corrective actions and RCA efforts to enhance availability and reliability across the

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering (or related discipline).
0–3 years experience in a production, manufacturing, or operational environment.
Ability to fit a full-face respirator.

Responsibilities

Own and eliminate production losses to improve uptime and efficiency.
Record, analyze, and interpret production deviation data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Determine and prioritize corrective actions to close operational performance gaps.
Review daily operating logs to identify equipment reliability issues and collaborate with teams to address challenges.
Lead root cause analysis efforts and support reliability improvement initiatives.
