Job summary

ATI is seeking a Performance Engineer for our Millersburg, OR facility in the Separations Department. This onsite role focuses on analyzing and improving overall equipment effectiveness, identifying losses, and driving resolutions through cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering (or related discipline).
• 0-3 years experience in a production, manufacturing, or operational environment.
• Ability to fit a full-face respirator.

Responsibilities

• Own and eliminate production losses, including utilization, yield, or uptime.
• Record, analyze, and interpret production deviation data to identify trends.
• Determine and prioritize corrective actions to close gaps in performance.
• Review logs to identify equipment reliability issues and coordinate improvements.
• Lead fault analysis and RCA efforts with appropriate teams.
• Support reliability program effectiveness and equipment availability improvements.
