Job summary

ATI Specialty Alloys & Components is seeking a Performance Engineer for our Millersburg, OR fabrication site. This onsite role focuses on equipment effectiveness, analysis of production losses, and driving improvement across functions.

You will work with reliability engineers, review logs, and prioritize corrective actions to meet performance targets, contributing to a high-performance manufacturing team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 1 year in production, manufacturing, or operations with focus on performance improvement or reliability.

Responsibilities

• Own and eliminate production losses in utilization, yield, or uptime.
• Record, analyze, and interpret production deviation data for trends and opportunities.
• Prioritize corrective actions to close performance gaps.
• Collaborate with reliability teams to address equipment losses and improve reliability.
• Lead RCA investigations to resolve production issues and support performance initiatives.
