QVC Group, Inc. is seeking a Paid Search Specialist (SEM) in West Chester, PA to manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising. You will handle Search, Shopping, and Performance Max formats, analyze data for opportunities, and drive efficient spend with AI-enabled techniques.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on paid search campaign management in ecommerce or retail.
• Experience with Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.
• Execute and improve campaigns across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and AI formats.
• Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and optimizations.
• Monitor spend, pacing, and performance against key metrics such as traffic and conversions.
• Adjust bids, budgets, audience signals, and structure for better results.
• Support audience targeting improvements and collaborate with internal teams.
