Breeze Airways is seeking a Paid Media Specialist to develop, optimize, and report on digital marketing campaigns across display, paid search, paid social, and more as we expand to more cities in the U.S. and beyond.

The role offers growth and learning from a team of performance marketing experts, with travel benefits for team members. The candidate will collaborate with marketing to drive bookings, manage budgets, and test new channels while aligning with Breeze’s values.

Competenze

• 4-year degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related fields.
• 2+ years of digital marketing experience with measurable impact to goals and KPIs.
• 2+ years paid search/paid social experience (Google Ads/Facebook Ads).
• 2+ years experience with digital marketing reporting and analytics.
• Interest in AI and automation to improve marketing performance.

Mansioni

• Lead the development and implementation of digital advertising programs across paid media channels.
• Support upper-funnel programs (audio, CTV, native) to build brand awareness and drive bookings.
• Manage paid campaign strategy and budgets for Breeze and Airport Partners.
• Track campaign performance and maintain reports with KPIs.
• Collaborate with creative to develop assets that drive awareness and conversions.
• Leverage revenue data and trends to identify new opportunities and improvements.
