Qualifications

• Outbound and/or inbound call center experience.
• Customer service or sales background.
• Experience using a CRM system.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls daily.
• Follow up with existing and inactive customers.
• Schedule and confirm service appointments.
• Re-engage customers for annual maintenance and services.
• Use CRM systems to track activity, notes, and outcomes.
• Follow call scripts and overcome common objections.
• Maintain consistent call pace throughout your shift.
