Flotilla Partners is hiring Outbound Customer Service Schedulers to join the Service Department. This phone-based role focuses on outbound calling, customer follow-up, and appointment setting in a high-energy environment.

You will handle high-volume calls, follow up with customers, and use CRM data to track progress and outcomes. Competitive hourly pay plus commissions rewards production and results.

• Experience using a CRM system.
