Job summary

FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for Cash America Pawn in High Point, NC. You will assist the Store Manager in daily operations, coach staff, deliver outstanding customer service, and help drive sales across jewelry, electronics, tools and more.

Lead by example, open/close the store, handle cash procedures, monitor inventory, and maintain presentation while supporting recruiting and training. Competitive hourly pay with commission and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma or GED.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching, team development, and customer service skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks.
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Bilingual applicants encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations and serve as Manager on Duty when needed.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns.
• Coach, train, and develop team members to meet company standards.
• Assist with recruiting, hiring, and retaining top talent.
• Help drive store sales, profitability, and performance goals.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and support asset protection initiatives.
• Open and close the store, including cash handling and operational procedures.
• Monitor loan and buying transactions to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Maintain attractive merchandising and store presentation standards.
• Analyze performance metrics and support the achievement of business objectives.
• Build product knowledge across a wide variety of merchandise categories.
