Alvarez & Marsal Deutschland GmbH seeks a Manager for Performance Development Technology Operations to lead day-to-day operations, ensure platform readiness, and coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for performance development systems.

You will translate priorities into actionable execution, manage data validation, and drive continuous improvement across the PD technology ecosystem to support global performance cycles.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of experience supporting enterprise tech platforms.
• Experience as an admin power user of Microsoft Power Apps and SDLC collaboration.
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders, vendors, and business users.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day administration and operational readiness for performance management systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for requests and issues.
• Deliver user-centered support and monitor service performance and readiness.
