Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) is a global consulting firm delivering hands-on, results-driven solutions. The Manager, Performance Development Technology Operations will lead day-to-day management, operational execution, and service delivery for A&M's Performance Development technology ecosystem.

You will partner with internal teams and external vendors to ensure reliable, user-centered platforms across global performance cycles.

Qualifications

5-8+ years of experience supporting enterprise business technology platforms.
Experience working as an administrative functional power user within Microsoft Power Apps with the ability to work with developers through SDLC.
Experience coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and business users to deliver technology solutions.
Strong project management, documentation, issue-tracking, and operational execution skills.
Ability to translate business requirements into clear functional inputs, validation scenarios, testing, documentation, and execution plans.
Skilled in creating test prompts for validation and acceptance.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day administration and readiness for performance management systems, including Quantum and the Microsoft Power Platform.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for requests and platform issues.
Deliver responsive, professional, user-centered support while managing stakeholder communications.
Monitor ticket trends, feedback, and service performance to identify issues and improvements.
Coordinate readiness activities for enhancements, annual cycles, system updates, and platform changes.
Oversee enhancement intake, backlog discipline, and translation of business requirements into actionable inputs.
