Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal is seeking a Manager, Performance Development Technology Operations to oversee platform operations and service delivery for enterprise performance management tools. You will coordinate data validation, documentation, and readiness for annual cycles, working with internal teams and external vendors.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years supporting enterprise platforms, Power Apps administration experience, and strong communication and project management skills.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of experience supporting enterprise business technology platforms.
• Experience as an administrative functional power user within Microsoft Power Apps.
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear inputs, validation scenarios, testing, and execution plans.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day administration and operational readiness for performance management systems (Quantum and Power Platform).
• Coordinate validation of key data inputs like org structures, manager assignments, and user access.
• Maintain platform documentation, procedures, and governance artifacts.
• Deliver responsive, professional support and manage stakeholder communications and expectations.
• Coordinate readiness activities for enhancements, releases, and system updates.
