You will lead platform operations for enterprise performance management systems, including Power Platform and Quantum, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure reliability and user-centered support.

Qualifications

• Experience as an administrative functional power user within Microsoft Power Apps with the ability to work with developers through SDLC.
• Strong project management, documentation, issue-tracking, and operational execution skills.
• Experience with cross-functional stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and business users to deliver technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day administration and operational readiness for performance management systems, including Quantum and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Coordinate validation of data inputs like organization structures, manager assignments, and user access.
• Maintain platform documentation, governance artifacts, and administration checklists.
• Monitor operational health, user adoption, support trends, and readiness activities to identify risks or improvements.
• Coordinate enhancements, annual cycle launches, system updates, and platform changes with stakeholders.
