Performance Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Delaware is seeking an experienced Finance Specialist to guide customers through financing decisions and manage the paperwork from start to finish.

You will present financing, leasing, and protection options while coordinating with banks and the sales team to ensure accurate, compliant transactions and exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Automotive finance experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manage vehicle cash, lease, and finance transactions from start to finish.
• Present financing, leasing, protection products, and other options to customers.
• Work with financial institutions to secure financing options for customers.

What You'll Do as a Finance Specialist:

• Ensure all finance and sales documentation is completed accurately and in compliance with company and regulatory requirements
• Act as a liaison between Performance Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Delaware and Performance Columbus Accounting
• Work closely with the sales team and management to provide a smooth and efficient customer experience
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of required paperwork
• Build positive relationships with customers, lenders, and fellow team members
