Performance Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Delaware is seeking a dedicated Finance Specialist to guide customers through financing, leasing, and protection products, coordinating with the sales team and financial institutions to finalize transactions with accuracy and professionalism.

You will manage cash, lease, and finance transactions from start to finish, explain options, and maintain compliant paperwork while delivering an exceptional customer experience and building strong lender relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Automotive sales and/or finance experience preferred.
• Prior automotive finance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage vehicle cash, lease, and finance transactions from start to finish.
• Present financing, leasing, protection products, and other options to customers.
• Work with financial institutions to secure financing options for customers.
• Ensure all finance and sales documentation is accurate and compliant with company and regulatory requirements.
• Act as a liaison between Performance Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Delaware and Performance Columbus Accounting.
• Collaborate with the sales team and management to provide a smooth and efficient customer experience.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of required paperwork.
• Build positive relationships with customers, lenders, and fellow team members.
• Put the customer and others first.
