Performance Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Delaware is seeking a dependable Detail / Delivery Technician to clean and detail vehicle interiors and exteriors, prep sold vehicles for delivery, and ensure each vehicle meets Performance standards before delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in automotive detailing or car wash is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Clean and detail vehicle interiors and exteriors according to company standards.
• Prepare sold vehicles for customer delivery.
• Wash, vacuum, clean, and condition vehicles using appropriate products and equipment.
• Perform final inspections to ensure vehicles are clean and ready for customers.
• Inspect vehicles and report any damage or concerns.
• Safely operate detailing tools and equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Requirements

What You'll Do as a Detailer/Delivery Technician:

• Clean and detail vehicle interiors and exteriors according to company standards
• Prepare sold vehicles for customer delivery
• Wash, vacuum, clean, and condition vehicles using appropriate products and equipment
• Perform final inspections to ensure vehicles are clean, presentable, and ready for customers
• Inspect vehicles throughout the detailing process and report any damage or concerns
• Safely operate vacuums, steamers, hoses, buffers, polishers, carpet cleaners, and other detailing equipment
• Properly use and maintain detailing products, tools, and equipment
• Safely move and park vehicles throughout the dealership as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Work closely with the sales and service teams to ensure vehicles are completed accurately and on time

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous automotive detailing or car wash experience preferred, but not required
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
• Ability to safely operate detailing tools and equipment
• Experience with buffers, polishers, and carpet cleaning equipment preferred
• Ability to work efficiently and complete assigned vehicles within expected timeframes
• Ability to remain active and perform physical tasks throughout the workday
• Dependable, organized, and able to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen
