We're hiring a Creative Strategist to bring fast ideas to market, learn from data, and grow within one of the most AI-forward creative ops in e-commerce. Fully remote in the U.S. framework.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in creative strategy or performance creative for paid social.
• Curious about why an asset worked, not just that it did.
• Fluent with AI creative tools and eager to go deeper.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Self-starter who does both unglamorous and exciting work.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts, angles, and hooks for Meta and TikTok campaigns.
• Write briefs for AI image/video generation and guide assets to completion.
• Analyze data to uncover actionable insights.
• Track performance, form hypotheses, and iterate with data.
• Produce daily hands-on work: hooks, copy variants, briefs, asset QC.
• Contribute to testing pipelines and share learnings.

Besque is a premium British botanical skin care brand scaling fast. This role revolves around paid social, and is perfect for a creative individual who enjoys experimenting with AI content generation.

We're hiring a Creative Strategist to join the team, someone hungry to get their ideas into market fast, learn from the data, and grow inside one of the most AI-forward creative operations in e-commerce.

What you'll be doing:

• Developing creative concepts, angles, and hooks for Meta and TikTok campaigns
• Writing sharp, detailed briefs for AI image and video generation, and directing output through to finished assets
• Data analysis to uncover valuable insights
• Tracking how your creative performs, forming hypotheses, and iterating with the data
• Producing hands-on work daily, hooks, copy variants, edit briefs, asset QC
• Feeding the team's testing pipeline and shared learnings

What we're looking for:

• 2+ years in creative strategy or performance creative for paid social
• Equal parts analytical and creative, curious about why an asset worked, not just that it did
• Working fluency with AI creative tools and real hunger to go deeper
• Strong writing and communication skills
• A self-starter who does the unglamorous work as well as the exciting parts
