Job summary

Evolve is seeking a Creative Designer to own the strategy behind ads, landing pages and mail pieces, collaborating with product and paid marketing to test, learn, and iterate. This individual-contributor role sits on a small, high-ownership team with a direct line from work to company growth.

You will design performance-driven creatives, maintain on-brand visuals, and leverage AI to speed up production while maintaining quality.

Qualifications

• 3+ years designing performance or direct-response creative for ads, landing pages.
• Portfolio shows high-volume ad work and testing/iteration.
• Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud; motion and video editing skills.
• Ability to explain why a variant won using performance data.
• Fast, organized and receptive to feedback with quick turnaround.
• AI-native approach using AI tools to generate, iterate and resize creative.
• Nice to have: print/direct mail design experience and copywriting instincts.

Responsibilities

• Paid Creative: design static, motion, and short-form video ads for Meta, Reddit, display and new test channels, with multiple versions across formats and sizes.
• Landing Pages, Mail & Brand: design landing pages and direct mail pieces and lifecycle emails; keep on-brand while testing boldly.
• Systems & Speed: build templates, asset libraries and a learnings log; use AI to raise output and speed up iteration.
