Evolve is hiring a creative designer to own owner-acquisition ads, landing pages, and mail pieces. You will collaborate with product marketing and paid teams to test, learn, and iterate on campaigns.

You will create static, motion, and short-form video ads for Meta, Reddit, and display, shipping new variants weekly with hypotheses and performance readouts to inform iteration. A strong portfolio and 3+ years in DR or performance creative are required.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years designing performance or direct-response creative for consumer or lead-gen businesses.
• Strong portfolio showing high-volume ad work with testing and iteration.
• Proficient in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, motion, and basic video editing with an AI-native workflow.

• Own the creative strategy for owner-acquisition ads, landing pages, and mail pieces.
• Create static, motion, and short-form video ads for Meta, Reddit, display, and new channels.
• Ship new creative variants weekly with clear hypotheses and read performance results to iterate.
• Build templates, asset libraries, and a creative learnings log using AI tools to scale production.
• Work closely with product marketing and paid marketing teams to test, learn, and iterate.
