Job summary

Evolve Vacation Rental is seeking a Creative Designer to own the strategy behind ads, landing pages, and mail pieces. You will work with product marketing and paid marketing to test, learn, and drive growth for owner acquisition.

This is an individual contributor role on a small, high-ownership team with a direct line from your work to the company’s growth. You’ll design campaigns across Meta, Reddit, and display networks, collaborating with brand and marketing to stay on-brand while

Qualifications

• 3+ years designing performance or direct-response creative for consumer, marketplace or lead-gen.
• Portfolio showing high-volume ad work with testing/iteration, not just final pieces.
• Strong in Figma and Adobe CC; comfortable with motion and basic video editing (After Effects, Premiere).
• You think in tests: explain why a variant won and use data to decide next steps.

Responsibilities

• Design static, motion and short-form video ads for Meta, Reddit, display and new channels with multiple concept variants.
• Design landing page visuals, direct mail pieces and lifecycle email creative to ensure consistent experience from ad to page to mailbox.
• Collaborate with brand and product marketing to stay on-brand while testing bold ideas.
• Build templates, asset libraries and a creative learnings log to scale production while maintaining quality.
• Use AI tools to raise output and speed up iteration, helping the team improve.
