Evolve is seeking a Creative Designer to own the strategy behind ads, landing pages and mail pieces. You’ll craft static, motion and short-form video creative for Meta, Reddit and display, working with product marketing and paid media to test, learn and iterate.

This is an individual-contributor role on a small, high-ownership team; your work directly drives growth. You’ll leverage AI tools to speed output, maintain on-brand quality, and ship new variants weekly in a fast, data-driven process.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years designing performance or direct-response creative for consumer, marketplace or lead-generation businesses.
• A portfolio showing high-volume ad work and testing/iteration, not just final pieces.
• Strong skills in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud; motion and basic video editing (After Effects, Premiere).
• Ability to explain why a variant won and use performance data to inform next steps.
• Fast, organized and receptive to feedback with a bias for rapid turnaround.
• AI-native working style with familiarity using AI tools to generate, iterate and resize creative.

Aufgaben

• Design static, motion and short-form video ads for Meta, Reddit, display and new test channels with multiple versions.
• Ship new variants weekly with performance marketers around clear hypotheses.
• Read results with the team and iterate rather than starting from scratch.
• Design landing page visuals, direct mail pieces, and lifecycle email creative to align ad-to-page experience.
• Work with brand and product marketing to stay on-brand while testing boldly.
• Build templates, asset libraries and a learnings log to scale production.
• Use AI tools to raise output and speed up iteration.
