Job summary

Evolve is seeking a Creative Designer to own the strategy behind ads, landing pages, and mail pieces. You will partner with product marketing and paid teams to test, learn, and iterate, directing budget toward high-impact creative.

This is an individual-contributor role on a small, fast-moving team with direct impact on growth. Required: 3+ years in performance/direct-response design, strong portfolio, proficiency in Figma and Adobe CC, and comfort with motion/video editing.

Qualifications

• 3+ years designing performance or direct-response creative for consumer/marketplace/lead-gen brands.
• Strong portfolio showing high-volume ad work and testing.
• Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud; motion design and basic video editing.

Responsibilities

• Design static, motion and short-form video ads for Meta, Reddit, display and new test channels.
• Ship new variants weekly with performance marketers and test hypotheses.
• Read results and iterate based on learnings, not starting from scratch.
• Design landing page visuals, direct mail pieces and lifecycle emails to keep ad-to-page consistency.
• Work with brand and product marketing to stay on-brand while testing boldly.
