Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) in Chicago, IL is seeking a Performance Services Coach to join the HR Operations team. The role focuses on coaching managers across the performance services lifecycle, ensuring compliant and compassionate handling of employee matters.

With 5+ years of HR experience in performance services or related fields, you will drive capability development, collaborate with partners, and utilize Workday and data analytics tools to deliver actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years of HR experience with demonstrated success in performance services, process improvement, or operational roles focusing on performance excellence.
• Technical & Communication Skills: Proficiency in Workday, Excel and data analysis tools, combined with excellent coaching, presentation, and stakeholder services abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end to end targeted coaching and training to managers on performance services best practices and feedback delivery techniques.
• Assist managers with drafting and executing written warnings, clarifications of expectations, performance plans and executing terminations; support reductions in force.
• Provide individual mentoring and skill-building support to managers to improve their performance services capabilities.
• Effectively partner with employee relations, legal and HR partners to resolve performance services issues.
• Utilize Workday process documentation to ensure performance services consistency; support Workday system upgrades and test functionality.
