Exos Partners, LLC in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking a Performance Coach for a corporate wellness center. You will lead group classes, supervise safety, and design exercise programs for diverse clients. You will also conduct assessments and provide personalized plans to drive engagement and results.

Responsibilities include one-on-one training, promoting health initiatives, and building lasting client relationships, with a focus on high-risk populations and excellent customer service.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field.
• Current certification NASM, ACSM, NSCA, or ACE preferred.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification required.
• At least 6 months of industry experience, including internships.
• Experience leading and teaching group exercise classes.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused approach.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor exercise participants to ensure safety and adherence to workout plans.
• Lead and instruct diverse group exercise classes for various fitness levels.
• Conduct fitness assessments and prescribe personalized exercise plans.
• Design effective workout programs for a wide range of clients, including high-risk populations.
• Offer one-on-one consultations, personalized training, and motivation.
• Assist with incentive programs, health promotion, and specialty initiatives.
• Manage administrative tasks related to fitness facility operations.
