Job summary

Exos is seeking a Performance Coach to join a corporate wellness program. You will lead diverse group classes, monitor safety, and tailor workouts to a wide range of clients, including high-risk populations. You’ll also provide one-on-one training, perform fitness assessments, and support health-promotion initiatives across the facility.

Required: Bachelor’s in Exercise Science or related field, CPR/AED/First Aid, and 6+ months of experience; NASM/ACSM/NSCA/ACE certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field.
• Current CPR/AED/First Aid certification is required.
• Certifications from NASM, ACSM, NSCA, or ACE preferred.
• At least 6 months of industry experience, including internships.
• Proven experience leading and teaching group exercise classes.

Responsibilities

• Monitor exercise participants to ensure safety and adherence to workout plans.
• Lead and instruct diverse group exercise classes for various fitness levels.
• Conduct fitness assessments and prescribe personalized exercise plans.
• Design effective workouts for a wide range of clients, including high-risk populations.
• Offer one-on-one consultations, training, and motivation to clients.
• Assist with incentive programs and administrative tasks to support operations.
