Job summary

Exos is seeking a Performance Coach to join our corporate wellness center, delivering customized fitness programs, engaging group classes, and one-on-one training to clients aiming to improve health and performance.

You will assess fitness, prescribe personalized plans, lead groups across diverse fitness levels, and support incentive and health-promotion programs while ensuring safe and welcoming operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field.
• Current Personal Trainer certification from NASM, ACSM, NSCA, or ACE.
• Current CPR/AED/First Aid certification.
• Experience leading and teaching group exercise classes.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-service orientation.
• Minimum of 1+ years of industry experience; internship considered.

Responsibilities

• Monitor exercise participants to ensure safety and adherence to workout plans.
• Lead diverse group exercise classes for various fitness levels.
• Conduct fitness assessments and prescribe personalized exercise plans.
• Offer one-on-one consultations and motivation to clients.
• Assist with incentive programs, health promotion, and engagement initiatives.
• Manage administrative tasks related to fitness facility operations.
• Assist with additional duties to support day-to-day operations.
