Job summary

EXOS Works, LLC is seeking a Performance Coach for a corporate wellness center. You will deliver customized fitness programs, lead engaging group classes, and provide one-on-one training to help clients reach health goals in a supportive environment.

You will assess fitness levels, design plans for a wide range of clients including high-risk populations, and help implement incentive and health-promotion programs. Strong communication and customer-service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field.
• Current CPR/AED/First Aid certification is required.
• At least 6 months of industry experience, including group exercise leadership.
• NASM/ACSM/NSCA/ACE certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor exercise participants to ensure safety and adherence to workout plans.
• Lead diverse group exercise classes for various fitness levels.
• Conduct fitness assessments, prescribe personalized exercise plans, and design effective workouts.
• Offer one-on-one consultations, personalized training, and motivation to clients.
• Assist with incentive programs, health promotion, and other specialty initiatives; handle day-to-day admin tasks.
