Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of domestic V-8 engines and modern muscle cars.
• Experience assisting customers with product compatibility and installation queries.
• Ability to read engineering drawings is a plus, willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Answer technical emails and phone calls from customers and distributors.
• Assist customers with product selection and application questions.
• Troubleshoot installation and fitment concerns.
• Provide guidance on performance upgrades and component compatibility.
