Responsibilities

• Be the expert voice on calls to identify, evaluate, and suggest products for customers.
• Use a consultative approach to explain benefits and guide buying decisions.
• Provide written technical support and product recommendations via email.
• Maintain knowledge of aftermarket automotive tech for builds, tuning, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with sales and customer support for product visibility and engagement.
• Create training content and assist with website updates.
