We are looking for a passionate and technically skilled Auto Parts Technical Support Specialist. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with popular engine platforms and related components, combined with excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for automotive customers and dealers.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions related to engine and component installations.
• Assist customers with product selection, setup, and compatibility questions.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively via phone and email.
• Work collaboratively with the sales and engineering teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Knowledge & Skills

• Engine platforms: SBC (Small Block Chevy), BBC (Big Block Chevy), SBF (Small Block Ford), LS, LT, Coyote, and Godzilla engines.
• Distributors and ignition systems (including coil‑on‑plug).
• Rocker arms, camshafts, and water pumps.
• Alternators, air‑conditioning systems, and power steering systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Adobe PDF.
• Multilingual ability is a plus.
