Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience.
• Retail or customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers an outstanding athlete experience by engaging athletes to understand needs and provide product information.
• Onboards and trains new and existing team members as subject matter expert for their store area.
• Maintains efficiency and ensures products are ready for purchase with an athlete-first mindset.
• Upholds merchandising and presentation standards per floor plans and signage requirements.
• Promotes customer participation in loyalty programs and related offerings.
• Creates a welcoming store environment and adheres to safety and SOPs.
