Kelsey-Seybold Clinic, part of the Optum family, seeks Ultrasound Technologist to perform diagnostic sonography across our radiology department. Work to maintain high imaging quality and patient safety while following RIS/PACS workflows.

Qualified candidates will hold ARDMS/ARRT (S) and RDMS, RT(R) (S) credentials with BLS and strong communication skills. On-site role in Houston with comprehensive benefits; salary is hourly.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED as a minimum.
• Certification/education aligned with ARDMS or ARRT (S).
• RDMS and RT(R) (S) credentials preferred.
• BLS Certification from American Heart Association.
• Proven oral and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Performs diagnostic sonography according to department protocols and radiology guidelines.
• Participates in equipment quality control and routine maintenance; reports issues.
• Uses RIS and PACS correctly; documents and communicates findings to radiologists.
• Adheres to ultrasound safety and sterile techniques.
• Maintains current licenses/certifications and completes ongoing education.
• Interacts effectively with patients and coworkers and follows clinic values.
