This non-exempt, on-site role emphasizes a professional candidate experience and compliance with employment laws.

Qualifikationen

• Three or more years of recruiting experience preferred.
• Experience recruiting for manufacturing, engineering, technical, or skilled-trade positions preferred.
• Experience using ATS, HRIS, job boards, and recruitment marketing tools preferred.

Aufgaben

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing, engineering, field service, warehouse, sales, administrative, and leadership positions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define staffing needs, candidate profiles, recruiting strategies, and hiring timelines.
• Create accurate and engaging job postings for the company website, job boards, and other recruiting channels.
• Source candidates through job boards, referrals, professional networks, community partnerships, career fairs, trade schools, and technical colleges.
• Review applications and resumes to identify candidates whose experience and qualifications align with position requirements.
• Conduct initial phone or virtual interviews and document screening results.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring teams across company locations.
• Maintain timely, professional communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Coordinate reference checks and required pre-employment screening activities.
• Prepare and extend employment offers in partnership with HR leadership and hiring managers.
• Maintain complete applicant records in ATS and HRIS.
• Track recruiting activity and metrics (time-to-fill, sourcing, outcomes).
• Follow employment requirements and company policies throughout the process.
• Represent Magnum Systems at job fairs and recruiting events.
• Support employer branding and onboarding activities.
• Participate in workforce planning and process improvement.
