Mathis Home in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Recruiter to join our CORP HR team. You will maintain the applicant tracking system, post jobs, screen and interview applicants, coordinate background checks, and enter payroll data into HRIS (UKG).

This full-time role supports hiring across multiple departments and ensures compliance with company policies. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree (preferred), proven communication skills, the ability to handle confidential information, and proficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in all areas of human resource duties or equivalent education.
• Experience in interviewing required.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Must be at least 21 years of age with a valid Driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain applicant tracking system.
• Attend job fairs and update online job boards.
• Screen and interview applicants using guidelines.
• Coordinate and schedule background checks and drug testing.
• Enter and make changes for new employees in HRIS (UKG).
• Prepare payroll reports and input payroll information.
