Job summary

Magnum is hiring a Recruiting Processor to support the recruiting team with administrative coordination, onboarding, and candidate processing. This role helps maintain an organized, compliant hiring process from application through onboarding in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented with strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, able to handle confidential information, and capable of coordinating with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • Associate degree is preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in recruiting, HR administration, clerical processing, or related administrative roles preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Responsibilities

  • Manage candidate files and required documentation to support the recruiting process.
  • Oversee pre-hire onboarding activities to move candidates efficiently through the hiring process.
  • Coordinate with recruiters and hiring managers to support timely candidate progression.
  • Review applications, background checks, and hiring documents for accuracy and compliance.
  • Schedule interviews, assessments, background checks, and onboarding appointments.
  • Monitor and follow up on outstanding documents and compliance requirements.
  • Ensure hiring records comply with regulations and maintain confidentiality of information.
  • Provide administrative support throughout the recruitment lifecycle and assist with HR-related projects.
  • Communicate professionally with candidates, hiring managers, and internal teams.

Magnum is hiring a Recruiting Processor to support the recruiting team with administrative coordination, onboarding, and candidate processing. This role plays an important part in maintaining an organized, compliant, and efficient hiring process from application through onboarding.

What You'll Do
  • Support the recruiting and onboarding process by managing candidate files and required documentation
  • Oversee pre-hire onboarding activities to ensure candidates move efficiently through the hiring process
  • Coordinate with recruiters and hiring managers to support timely candidate progression
  • Review applications, background checks, and hiring documents for accuracy and compliance
  • Schedule interviews, assessments, background checks, and onboarding appointments
  • Monitor and follow up on outstanding documents and compliance requirements
  • Ensure hiring records comply with federal, state, and company regulations
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity of applicant and employee information
  • Provide administrative support throughout the recruitment lifecycle
  • Assist with additional recruiting and HR-related projects as assigned
  • Communicate professionally and effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and internal teams

Job Requirements

We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills who is interested in growth in Human Resources. Ideal candidates have:

  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced Human Resources environment
  • Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or Human Resources Information System (HRIS) preferred
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines efficiently
  • Strong customer service mindset and ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and candidates
Education & Experience

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

This position is performed in an office or professional business environment, where employees work with computers, phones, and communication systems throughout the day. The role requires extended periods of sitting or standing, as well as continuous communication with candidates, employees, and internal departments. Employees must be able to maintain focus, professionalism, and organization in a fast-paced environment. Occasional lifting or carrying of up to 25 pounds and travel as needed may be required.
