Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepares and maintains medical equipment for surgical procedures.
• Sets up surgical instruments, sterile drapes, and solutions before operations.
• Tends to patient during pre-operation procedures under supervision.
• Assists surgeons and nurses by passing instruments and maintaining sterile field.
• Transfers patients to the recovery room and restocks operating room after procedures.
• Observes patient vital signs and helps ensure sterility throughout the operation.
