Job summary

SurgiCare of Oradell, LLC is seeking a Certified Surgical Technician (Per Diem) to support ASC operations in Oradell, NJ. You will prepare operating rooms, arrange sterile instruments, and assist surgical teams across GI, Urology, Plastic Surgery and Podiatry.

Availability on Wednesdays is required, with no Friday or weekend hours. Must hold CST certification, BLS and ACLS, and have completed a CA AHEP-accredited program or equivalent, with strong sterile technique and OR protocol knowledge.

Qualifications

• Current CST certification required.
• Formal surgical technology program recognized by CAAHEP or equivalent.
• Valid BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Demonstrated knowledge of sterile techniques, instruments, and OR protocols.

Responsibilities

• Prepare operating rooms with instruments, equipment and sterile drapes per procedure requirements.
• Assist surgical teams during operations by passing instruments and maintaining a sterile field.
• Ensure instruments and equipment are properly sterilized and maintained per infection control standards.
