Job summary

Hireology is seeking a Per Diem Speech Language Pathologist to join our in-house rehab team serving residents with person-centered care. The SLP will evaluate swallowing and cognitive deficits, implement treatment plans, and provide AAC systems, education, and collaboration with other professionals.

The candidate must hold a Texas license in SLP and ASHA certification; SNF/long-term care experience is preferred. Flexible schedules and competitive compensation offered.

Qualifications

• Active Texas license in Speech-Language Pathology.
• ASHA Certification required.
• Experience in SNF/long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate swallowing or cognitive deficits in residents.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
• Provide AAC systems and communication strategies.
• Educate residents, caregivers, and staff.
• Coordinate with other professionals for swallowing procedures.
