Responsibilities

• Operate ultrasound equipment for general, vascular and/or cardiac studies.
• Review patient records and orders to ensure exam accuracy.
• Position patient and select transducer for accurate imaging.
• Identify and label images with patient MRU and location.
• Document procedures and billing codes accurately.
• Ensure safety and comfort; support staff and QA activities.
