Job summary

Covenant Living seeks a dedicated driver to transport residents to medical appointments and community activities. This per diem position requires a valid driver’s license and CDL if applicable, with responsibilities including assisting residents, daily van checks, and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Required Degree: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Certificate: Valid Driver’s License; CDL needed if applicable.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in related role.

Responsibilities

• Drive the van on scheduled appointments and activities.
• Assist residents onto/off the vehicle and to destination as needed.
• Notify supervisor of vehicle repair needs.
• Complete daily van checklist and pre-trip gas check.
• Monitor vehicle inspection schedule and safety.
• Keep environment safe by removing hazards from driveways/walkways.
• Report broken items and clean van interior/exterior weekly.
