Job summary

Covenant Living and CovenantCare at Home is seeking a Life Enrichment Coordinator / Driver to safely transport residents and actively support a vibrant activities program. You will help residents participate in social, recreational, educational, cultural, and wellness activities while ensuring their safety and comfort.

The role requires a high school diploma, valid driver’s license (CDL if applicable), and 2+ years of experience.

Qualifications

• Requires valid driver's license.
• CDL license if applicable.
• 2+ years of experience in a related role.

Responsibilities

• Drive the community van for scheduled appointments, outings, and resident activities.
• Assist residents onto/off the vehicle and escort them to their destination when needed.
• Plan, coordinate, and implement life enrichment programs and activities.
