Job summary

Covenant Living Communities and Services is seeking a Life Enrichment Coordinator / Driver to safely transport residents and support vibrant activity programs that promote social engagement and wellness. You will help plan events, accompany residents on outings, and ensure a high quality of life through meaningful interactions.

The role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license (CDL if applicable), and at least 2 years of experience.

Qualifications

• Required High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License and CDL License, if applicable.
• Experience: 2+ Years.

Responsibilities

• Drive the community van for scheduled appointments, outings, and resident activities.
• Assist residents safely onto and off the vehicle and escort them to their destination when needed.
• Support the planning, coordination, and implementation of life enrichment programs and activities for residents.
• Encourage resident participation in social, recreational, educational, cultural, and wellness programs.
• Assist with setting up, facilitating, and cleaning up activity events and community gatherings.
• Develop positive relationships with residents and provide companionship and engagement opportunities.
• Accompany residents on community outings and special events, ensuring their safety and enjoyment.
• Maintain attendance records and activity participation logs as directed.
• Notify supervisor of vehicle maintenance or repair needs.
• Complete vehicle inspection checklists and monitor fuel levels before each trip.
• Monitor and comply with vehicle inspection and maintenance schedules.
• Help maintain a safe community environment by identifying and reporting hazards.
• Clean the interior and exterior of the van on a regular basis.
• Assist with decorating common areas for holidays, special events, and community celebrations.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support resident engagement and quality of life.

Education

High School Diploma or Equivalent
