Qualifications

• RN license in state of practice.
• Experience with electronic medical records preferred.
• Minimum 1 year floor nurse experience in skilled nursing or related setting.
• Supervisory experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Walk rounds to ensure high-quality resident care across neighborhoods.
• Review and adjust staffing to meet resident needs and PPD targets.
• Address resident/family concerns and grievances.
• Assist in assessing clinical changes and coordinate with on-call providers.
• Supervise and orient new nursing staff; lead investigations as needed.
• Prepare supervisory reports and assist in emergencies; provide training as needed.
• May fill in as a licensed nurse on the floor during shifts; participate in on-call as needed.
