Job summary

Jobtome is seeking an RN per diem III to provide direct nursing care within the Coronary Care Subacute department. The role involves delivering safe patient care in the PCU/ICU/ED spectrum, ensuring adherence to hospital policies, and supporting discharge planning and family teaching.

The position requires a minimum of ten shifts per schedule, with two weekend shifts and one summer plus one winter holiday. RN licensure in NM and CPR/BLS certification are essential; ACLS preferred.

Qualifications

• Program Graduate required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1 year directly related experience preferred; RN per diem III shows minimum shift requirements.
• CPR for Healthcare/BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to assigned patients.
• Follow hospital and departmental policies.
• Develop and document individualized care plans and discharge teaching.
• Assist with tests and procedures and obtain proper consent.
• Support orientation and mentoring of new staff.
