Job summary

Jobtome seeks a Registered Nurse for per diem coverage in New Mexico. You will provide direct nursing care across patient groups (neonate to geriatric) in a fast‑paced setting (PCU/ICU/ED).

This role emphasizes patient safety, upholding policies, and collaborative care planning with the healthcare team. Minimum qualifications include NM RN license, CPR/BLS within 30 days, and at least 1 year of related nursing experience.

Qualifications

• RN license in NM or via reciprocity
• CPR for Healthcare/BLS within 30 days
• Minimum 1 year directly related nursing experience

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to an assigned group of patients.
• Operate within hospital and nursing policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and document individualized care plans including discharge planning and patient/family teaching.
• Assist with tests and procedures and ensure proper consent.
• Support preceptor training and contribute to safety and quality initiatives.
• Maintain accurate medical records and document clinical findings.
