You will provide direct memory-care nursing in a resident-centered setting, coordinating care with multidisciplinary teams and guiding families through care plans.

Formación

• Active Maine RN license or ability to obtain promptly.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills.
• One year of nursing experience preferred; new graduates encouraged.

Responsabilidades

• Contributes to planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans based on data collection to optimize outcomes and maximize resources.
• Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition; coordinates patient care including transfer, discharge, referral, and psychosocial support needs.
• Provides patient/family education appropriate to age, culture, condition, and circumstances.
• Effectively assists in and delegates patient care to ancillary personnel; may precept student nurses and new hires.
