Job summary

RiverWoods Manchester is seeking a per diem RN or LPN to provide direct resident care in a team-focused environment. Starting wages at $37.50+ per hour depending on experience and license, with competitive benefits and a supportive workplace.

The role requires NH RN/LPN licensure, CPR, and ongoing CEUs, and offers opportunities to work with a caring interdisciplinary team in an award-winning retirement community.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Nursing Degree or Diploma from an accredited college, university or nursing school.
• Must hold a registered nursing (RN, LPN) license within the State of New Hampshire.
• CPR certification is required.
• Must maintain CEUs annually.

Responsibilities

• Performs professional duties in accordance with facility policies and NH Nurse Practice Act.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to formulate resident care plans and participates in care plan meetings.
• Implements care protocols including falls prevention, safety, infection control, weight and skin integrity management, and pain assessment.
• Assess and document changes in residents' status and report to physicians and treatment team.
