Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or obtained within five (5) years from date of hire.
• Advanced degree in Nursing (MSN, PhD, DNP, ARNP) preferred.
• Current Registered Nurse license in Washington State (WA MLS ok).
• Three (3) years of recent clinical experience in a specialty area.

Responsibilities

• Mobilize resources and manage the system in response to patient needs.
• Act as an expert clinical practitioner and participate in development of guidelines and standards.
• Apply specialized knowledge to administration, supervision, and evaluation of nursing practice.
• Use critical thinking and independent decision-making regarding patient care and data analysis.
• Collaborate with patients, families, healthcare providers, payors and management.
• Commit to safe, reliable, and effective healthcare delivery.
