Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing; RN with 15+ years may be considered in lieu of education.
• MSN/PhD/DNP/ARNP advanced nursing degree is preferred.
• Current RN license in Washington State or MLS endorsement.
• Current BLS Certification and 3 years of recent clinical experience in the specialty area.

Responsibilities

• Organize patient care by prioritizing, delegating, delivering and evaluating on an ongoing basis.
• Use nursing knowledge to deliver care per policies, procedures and the nursing process.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to improve quality of care, patient experience and reduce costs.
• Foster a learning environment for patients, families and staff.
• Advocate for ethical, holistic care respecting diverse backgrounds.
