Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent within five years; RN with 15+ years may count via education agreement.
• Advanced degree in Nursing (MSN/PhD/DNP/ARNP) preferred.
• RN license in Washington State or multi-state licensure endorsement.
• Current BLS Certification required.
• ACLS/NALS/PALS/TNCC/NRP certification as required by facility.
• Specialty certification preferred.
• One year of experience in acute care setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organize patient care by prioritizing, delegating, delivering and evaluating.
• Apply nursing process per hospital policies, procedures and protocols.
• Collaborate with nursing team to improve quality of care, patient experience and cost.
• Foster learning environment for patients/families and staff.
• Advocate for ethical and holistic care respecting diverse backgrounds.
