Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required or completed within five years of hire; RN with 15+ years may compensate.
• Current Washington State RN license or MLS endorsement.
• Three years of recent clinical experience in a specialty area.

Responsibilities

• Mobilize resources and manage the system to meet patient needs.
• Act as an expert clinical practitioner and contribute to development of guidelines.
• Apply specialized nursing knowledge to administration, supervision, and evaluation of practice.
• Use critical thinking and independent decision-making in patient care and data analysis.
• Collaborate with patients, families, providers, payors and management.
• Commit to safe, reliable, and effective health care excellence.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Nursing

Advanced degree in Nursing (MSN, PhD, DNP, ARNP) preferred
